Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 178.569
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. ’Relative’ has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 217.060.
2. ’Victim of a crime’ or ‘victim’ includes a relative of a person:
(a) Against whom a crime has been committed; or
(b) Who has been injured or killed as a direct result of the commission of a crime.
