1.  Comply with all traffic laws of this State;

2.  Ensure that the registration of the off-highway vehicle is attached to the vehicle in accordance with NRS 490.083 or a special plate issued pursuant to NRS 490.0827 is attached to the vehicle; and

3.  Wear a helmet.
