Nevada Revised Statutes 501.3867 – Failure to appear by person who does not hold license, tag or permit
1. If a person who does not hold:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) A license, tag or permit issued by the Department to engage in any activity authorized or regulated by this title or by a regulation adopted pursuant thereto; or
(b) A certificate of number issued by the Department, violates a written promise to appear pursuant to a citation that was prepared manually or electronically for a violation of a provision of this title, chapter 488 of NRS or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the clerk of the court shall immediately notify the Department on a form approved by the Department.
2. Such a person may not apply to the Department for a license, tag, permit or certificate of number until the Department receives notice from the court that the person has appeared or that the case has been otherwise disposed of as provided by law.
