1. A person who willfully violates any provision of NRS 598A.290 to 598A.430, inclusive, is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 for each day of the violation.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. The provisions of NRS 598A.290 to 598A.430, inclusive, do not establish a private right of action against any person.
