The Council may determine the number of hours, if any, completed by a person pursuant to a training program for occupational, vocational, career, trade or technical education pursuant to NRS 622.087 which may count towards the number of hours required for a program approved by the Council pursuant to this chapter.

Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 610.175

  • Council: means the State Apprenticeship Council created by Nevada Revised Statutes 610.010
  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
  • Program: means a program of training and instruction as an apprentice in an apprenticeable occupation, as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 610.010
