1.  Offer any private education loan that does not comply with the provisions of NRS 670B.470 to 670B.510, inclusive, or that is in violation of any other state or federal law.

2.  Engage in any unfair, deceptive or abusive act or practice.

3.  Make a private education loan upon the security of any assignment of or order for the payment of any salary, wages, commissions or other compensation for services earned, or to be earned. No assignment or order to secure a private education loan may be taken by a private education lender in connection with a private education loan, or for the enforcement or repayment thereof. Any assignment or order taken or given to secure any loan made by any lender pursuant to NRS 670B.470 to 670B.510, inclusive, is void.

4.  Make, advertise, print, display, publish, distribute, electronically transmit, telecast or broadcast in any manner any statement or representation that is false, misleading or deceptive.
