Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 695C.161
- Health care plan: means any arrangement whereby any person undertakes to provide, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any part of the cost of any health care services and at least part of the arrangement consists of arranging for or the provision of health care services paid for by or on behalf of the enrollee on a periodic prepaid basis. See Nevada Revised Statutes 695C.030
1. ’Medicaid’ means a program established in any state pursuant to Title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq.) to provide assistance for part or all of the cost of medical care rendered on behalf of indigent persons.
2. ’Order for medical coverage’ means an order of a court or administrative tribunal to provide coverage under a health care plan to a child pursuant to the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 1396g-1.
