Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 110-B:81-b

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
There is established in the office of the state treasurer a fund to be known as the New Hampshire medal of honor fund. All monetary gifts, grants, and donations received by the adjutant general pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 110-B:81-a shall be deposited in such fund. The fund is established to pay the costs of the design, manufacture or production, and distribution of the New Hampshire medal of honor under this subdivision. The money in this fund shall be nonlapsing and shall be continually appropriated to the adjutant general.
