The commissioner of transportation shall adopt rules, under RSA 541-A, relative to:
I. Bidding for transportation projects that do not relate to public works projects handled by the department of administrative services, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 228:4, I and 228:4-a.
II. Issuing securities for certain carriers, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 228:76-92, in the event that federal responsibility in this area is repealed.

VI. Application procedures and approval criteria for state bridge aid, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 234:5.
VII. Application procedures for state aid for class II highway construction, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 235:14.

XI. Application procedures for advertising licenses, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 236:71.
XII. Application procedures for advertising permits, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 236:72.

XIV. Denial or revocation of an advertising license, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 236:78.
XV. Effective control of junk yards as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 236:92-110.
XVI. Application procedures and approval criteria for access route permits, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 265:108.
XVII. Application procedures and approval criteria for special permits to move over-dimensional or overweight loads, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:24.

XXV. Procedures for notification and investigation of railroad accidents, as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 367:56, in the event that federal responsibility in this area is repealed.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21-L:12
- real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
