Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 263:49

Department: shall mean the department of safety of the state of New Hampshire. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:19

Every licensee shall keep such records as the department may by rule require. The records of the licensee shall be open to the inspection of representatives of the department at all times during reasonable business hours.
