person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9

Any employer who violates the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275:37, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275:38-a, or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275:41-b shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person, and notwithstanding N.H. Rev. Stat. § 651:2, IV(a), subject to a fine of not more than $2,500.
