Commissioner: means the labor commissioner appointed as provided in RSA 273. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:2
person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9

Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any order issued by the superior court or by the commissioner under this chapter shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
