- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
All advertisements of dental services shall contain the name of the dentist whose services are being advertised and shall state whether each dentist is a general dentist or, if qualified, a specialist in the named area or specialization. This shall include dental practices operating under a trade name. The dentist’s name and designation as a general dentist or specialist shall be stated prominently in the advertisement.
