- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Upon filing a state bank’s charter under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-A:3-309, the secretary of state shall also cause a record of the certificate of organization to be made, and the certificate, or a record or a certified copy of the certificate, shall be conclusive evidence of the existence of the state bank.
