- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The existence of the state bank shall begin upon the filing of the organizational instrument with the secretary of state. Any state bank organized under this chapter shall complete its organization and obtain a certificate to engage in business under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-A:3-315 within 2 years from the date of its organization; otherwise its charter shall be void, unless the commissioner, for good cause shown, grants one extension for not more than one year.
