Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 383-A:7-704
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.

Any person that engages in any act or conduct in violation of this article shall be subject to the jurisdiction of this state. Nothing in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-A:7-702 or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-A:7-703 shall limit the authority of the New Hampshire secretary of state to enforce the laws under his or her jurisdiction relating to trade names, trademarks, or service marks.
