Any insurer issuing an individual policy, plan, or contract of accident or health insurance providing benefits for medical or hospital expenses under this chapter shall provide to each new policyholder who is a resident of this state a copy of the patients’ bill of rights law under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 151:21.
