Tennessee Code 68-1-1802 – Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of health;

Office: means the office of women's health designated by this part. See Tennessee Code 68-1-1802

(2) “Department” means the department of health; and
