105. The Economic Development Inspector General, pursuant to the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, c.410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations, in consultation with the authority, the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and the Department of the Treasury, concerning the administration and enforcement of the Office of the Economic Development Inspector General’s duties pursuant to sections 102 through 105 of P.L.2020, c.156 (C. 34:1B-366 through C. 34:1B-369) in a manner that is most compatible with ensuring against fraud and abuse in the State‘s economic development incentive programs.
