A business may be prequalified by a central purchasing office as a bidder or offeror for particular types of services, construction or items of tangible personal property.
Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 13-1-134
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
Mailing lists of potential bidders or offerors shall include but shall not be limited to such prequalified businesses.
