Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 13-1-139

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

A. the procurement is based on competitive sealed bid;

B. the contract price is based on established catalogue prices or market prices; C. the contract price is set by law or regulation;

D. the contract is for professional services; or

E. the contract is awarded pursuant to the Public Building Energy Efficiency Act [Public Facility Energy Efficiency and Water Conservation Act] [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 6, Article 23].
