Any person who violates any provision of Section 1 [25-8-1 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 25-8-1 to 25-8-3 or any regulation issued thereunder is liable to a civil penalty not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation.
