N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A [except for 59A-30A-1 to 59A-30A-18 N.M. Stat. Ann., and 59A-42A-1 to 59A-42A-9 N.M. Stat. Ann.] shall be known and may be cited as the New Mexico Insurance Code and, in this chapter, may also be referred to as the “Insurance Code”.
