Any agent or administrator that advertises, sells, transacts or administers coverage in this state as described in Section 59A-15-16 N.M. Stat. Ann. shall, if the coverage is not fully insured or otherwise fully covered by an authorized insurer, advise every purchaser, prospective purchaser and covered person of the lack of insurance or other coverage. Any administrator that advertises or administers such coverage in this state shall inform any producing agency of the elements of the coverage including the amount of any applicable stop-loss insurance and the insurer affording it.
