Nothing contained in the Real Estate Recovery Fund Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 61-29-20 to 61-29-29 shall limit the authority of the real estate commission to take disciplinary action against a licensee for a violation of any of the provisions of Section 61-29-12 N.M. Stat. Ann. or of the rules and regulations of the real estate commission, nor shall the repayment in full of all obligations to the real estate recovery fund by any licensee nullify or modify the effect of any other disciplinary proceeding brought pursuant to the provisions of Section 61-29-12 N.M. Stat. Ann. or the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission.
