Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 66-5-218

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.

A. evidence of a motor vehicle insurance policy;

B. a surety bond as provided in Section 66-5-225 N.M. Stat. Ann.; or

C. a certificate of deposit of money as provided in Section 66-5-226 N.M. Stat. Ann..
