removal from office.] Any public official who shall divert or misuse any county road and bridge funds or who shall violate or fail to carry out any of the provisions of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 67-4-3 to 67-4-16 shall be liable on his official bond therefor, and shall be subject to removal from office on account thereof.
