Any person, firm or corporation violating the Noxious Weed Act of 1963 N.M. Stat. Ann. § 76-7-23 to 76-7-30 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300).
