§ 885. Definitions. As used in this article:
Terms Used In N.Y. Labor Law 885
- Board: shall mean the New York state occupational safety and health hazard abatement board created pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-seven-a of this chapter. See N.Y. Labor Law 885
- fund: shall mean the training and education program on occupational safety and health fund created pursuant to the provisons of § 97-c of the state finance law. See N.Y. Labor Law 885
- program: shall mean the training and education program on occupational safety and health created pursuant to the provisions of section eight hundred eighty-six of this article. See N.Y. Labor Law 885
1. "Board" shall mean the New York state occupational safety and health hazard abatement board created pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-seven-a of this chapter.
2. The term "program" shall mean the training and education program on occupational safety and health created pursuant to the provisions of section eight hundred eighty-six of this article.
3. The term "fund" shall mean the training and education program on occupational safety and health fund created pursuant to the provisons of § 97-c of the state finance law.
