§ 1015. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or ineffective. If any term or provision of this title shall be declared unconstitutional or ineffective in whole or in part by a court of competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective such term or provision shall be enforced and effectuated, nor shall such determination be deemed to invalidate the remaining terms or provisions hereof.
