The chief of the division of mineral resources management shall make an annual report to the governor and to the general assembly. The report shall identify each reclamation project, state the number of acres reclaimed by the division or persons with whom it contracts under sections 1513.20 to 1513.25 of the Revised Code, identify the county in which the project is located, and make a detailed accounting of expenditures.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 1513.26
- Reclamation: means backfilling, grading, resoiling, planting, and other work that has the effect of restoring an area of land affected by coal mining so that it may be used for forest growth, grazing, agricultural, recreational, and wildlife purpose, or some other useful purpose of equal or greater value than existed prior to any mining. See Ohio Code 1513.01
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
