The records of a municipal court may be proved by a transcript certified by the clerk of the municipal court under its official seal, which seal shall consist of the coat of arms of the state within a circle one and one-fourth inches in diameter, and shall be surrounded by the name of the municipal court.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 1901.35
- municipal court: includes the housing or environmental division of the municipal court, and "judge" includes the judge of the housing or environmental division of the municipal court, as created by section 1901. See Ohio Code 1901.031
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
