In intestate succession, there shall be no difference between ancestral and nonancestral property or between real and personal property.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 2105.01
- Intestate: Dying without leaving a will.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Ohio Code 1.59
