Terms Used In Ohio Code 2131.02

  • Of unsound mind: means that the person lacks the relevant mental capacity. See Ohio Code 1.02
  • Person: includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association. See Ohio Code 1.59

(A) Persons under the age of eighteen years;

(B) Persons of unsound mind;

(C) Persons in captivity;

(D) Persons under guardianship of the person and estate, or either.
