Any school, department, or class giving instruction in agricultural, commercial, industrial, trade, and home economics subjects approved by the department of education and workforce and any school or college so approved, training teachers of such subjects, which receives the benefit of federal moneys is entitled also to receive for the salaries of teachers of said subjects an allotment of state money equal in amount to the amount of federal money which it receives for the same year.
