The city, exempted village, or local school district in which a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter is located is a participating school district under this chapter. Any other city, exempted village, or local school district may agree to be a participating school district. The department of education and workforce shall adopt procedures for districts to agree to be participating school districts.

Terms Used In Ohio Code 3328.04

  • Participating school district: means either of the following:

    (1) The school district in which a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter is located;

    (2) A school district other than one described in division (G)(1) of this section that, pursuant to procedures adopted by the department under section 3328. See Ohio Code 3328.01
