The owner of any property on loan to a museum shall promptly notify the museum in writing of any change of the owner’s address or change in ownership of the property.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 3385.06
- in writing: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures; this provision does not affect any law relating to signatures. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Museum: includes , but is not limited to, historical societies, historic sites or landmarks, parks, monuments, libraries, arboreta, and zoos. See Ohio Code 3385.01
- Property: means any tangible, nonliving object in a museum's possession that has intrinsic historic, artistic, scientific, educational, or cultural value. See Ohio Code 3385.01
