Notwithstanding section 4123.512 of the Revised Code, no person may appeal to court any action or decision issued under sections 4121.61 to 4121.69 of the Revised Code.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4121.64
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Person: includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association. See Ohio Code 1.59
A person may, however, appeal the decision pursuant to section 4123.511 of the Revised Code.
