Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to exempt any person involved in peer-to-peer car sharing from the provisions of sections 1345.01 to 1345.13 of the Revised Code.

Terms Used In Ohio Code 4516.06

  • Peer-to-peer car sharing: means the authorized use of a motor vehicle by an individual other than the motor vehicle's owner through a peer-to-peer car sharing program. See Ohio Code 4516.01
  • Person: includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association. See Ohio Code 1.59
