(A) Each person licensed under this chapter shall have a definite place of business in this state.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4707.14
- Person: means an individual, sole proprietor, corporation, limited liability company, association, or partnership. See Ohio Code 4707.01
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
(B) If a licensee is a nonresident, it is not necessary for the licensee to maintain an active place of business within this state if the licensee maintains such a place of business in the state where the licensee is a resident.
