On receipt of notice from the public employees retirement system, Ohio police and fire pension fund, state teachers retirement system, or school employees retirement system of the re-employment of a retirant, the state highway patrol retirement system shall not pay, or if paid shall recover, any amount to be forfeited by the retirant in accordance with section 145.38, 742.26, 3307.35, or 3309.341 of the Revised Code.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 5505.161
- Pension: means an annual amount payable by the retirement system throughout the life of a person or as otherwise provided in the plan. See Ohio Code 5505.01
- Retirant: means any member who has retired under section 5505. See Ohio Code 5505.01
- Retirement: means retirement as provided in sections 5505. See Ohio Code 5505.01
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
- system: means the state highway patrol retirement system created and established in the plan. See Ohio Code 5505.01
