In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of state route number fifty-seven, running in a northerly and southerly direction between the intersection of that route and east thirty-first street and that route and east thirty-sixth street, in the municipal corporation of Lorain, shall be known as the “Police Chief Cel Rivera Memorial Highway.”
