In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-five between Nebraska avenue and Monroe street, in Lucas county, shall be known as the “Toledo Firefighters J. Dickman and S. Machcinski Memorial Highway.”
