In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of state route number five hundred forty-one, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the intersection of that route and state route number ninety-three and the intersection of that route and state route number sixty, in Coshocton county only, shall be known as the “Ohio Inspector General David D. Sturtz Memorial Highway.”
