In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, United States route number thirty between fifteen hundred feet west of mile marker nineteen and eight-tenths and one mile east of mile marker eleven and six-tenths, within Wayne county, shall be known as the “Ralph Regula Memorial Highway.”
