In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number two hundred sixty-one, between the intersection of that route and home avenue and the intersection of that route where it joins north main street, in the municipal corporation of Akron in Summit county, shall be known as the “Cpl. Andrew D. Brownfield Memorial Highway.”
