In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route number two hundred twenty-four, between the eastern border of Putnam county and the western border of Putnam county, shall be known as the “Putnam County Veterans Memorial Highway.”
