In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number eight hundred, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and state route number one hundred forty-eight and the intersection of that route and mann ridge road, in Belmont county only, shall be known as the “Byers Brothers Memorial Highway.”
