In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the southbound lane of interstate route number seventy-one commencing at mile marker one hundred two and continuing to mile marker one hundred, in Franklin county, shall be known as the “James H. Hough Memorial Highway.”
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
