§ 523-a. Definitions. As used in this subtitle:
Terms Used In N.Y. Executive Law 523-A
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the office of children and family services. See N.Y. Executive Law 523-A
- Director: means the director of the office of the ombudsman. See N.Y. Executive Law 523-A
- Office: means the office of children and family services. See N.Y. Executive Law 523-A
1. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the office of children and family services.
2. "Director" means the director of the office of the ombudsman.
3. "Office" means the office of children and family services.
